My experience with the customer care in this store was absolutely unprofessional on the part of the two staff members that were present at the time. The date was 11-6-1023, apppx time 4:40-5:00 pm. My daughter, who attends college, in Tucson (out of her home state) went in to get a new sim card activation. My daughter was the only one customer in the store at the time and the two employees did not offer her any assistance, but remained engaged in their personal conversation that was already in progress when my daughter walked into the store. My daughter had to interrupt the employee conversation and ask for the assistance she needed: When this occurred the employees were clearly annoyed as they treated her, not as a paying customer, but as a nuisance and were quite rude in their conversation with her. The sim card was eventually given to my daughter and when she asked that they call me and or AT&T Customer Care to get my authorization to activate it the employees refused to do so, stating, "We dont call Customer Care for these types of issues from this store. You have to go home and call your mother and have her call customer care herself, and at that time your sim card can be activated." NOTE: My daughter gave them our Company name, my name as owner, my contact information to call me, and stated I was available for the call with them and/or customer care to get the card activated. She again, was refused service and told that she had to handle getting the sim card activated on her own. My daughter, leaving the store, with a phone that could not be used, called me from another line to let me know what had happened and why she was not calling me from the phone I had sent her to verify that everything was in place. I immediately called AT&T Customer Care on a conference call and they activated the sim card within minutes. I asked about store policy and referenced how my daughter was treated as an AT&T Customer. I was informed that my daughter was given incorrect information regarding activation of the sim card a the store site via calling customer care as well as myself. Bottom line, I was told by At&T Customer Care, "this card should have been activated at the store and by all means the employees should have called you and or customer care . Your daughter should not have had to walk out of an At&t store with a non working phone/sim if that is what she went in for." I have since called your store directly and spoke to a representative. I am awaiting a call back from the store manager to discuss the store policies and the treatment that my daughter received as an At&T customer. The representative that I spoke with today agreed, that the sim card could have, and should have been activated in the store at the time of requested service. This representative was very knowledgeable and professional.

Bad store and never go here. Trust me, never have your mobile phone service here. Try get a mobile phone via ATT online and register by yourself instead. the phone here is much too higher than anywhere else!
Service at this store was very unfriendly and staff were unwilling to help with minor issues. Dealt with two seperate people a sales rep and Manager Brian. They seem selective on who they would help.
Im giving this place a 2-star not because I dont like AT&T, but because the customer reps inside this location are not knowledgeable.
