I was just in there with my spouse, and one of the women in there was super nice, bit when it came time to check out, even though I was not buying anything, she asked for my ID, I had left it at home, and she told me, rudely, that I had to leave the store. Never have I experienced this, and we WILL Not Be returning. Its a shame one employee can ruin a business. She was very rude.

Big, but no really system to find anything. You have to ask for assistance, which can be spotty if they ate talking with their buddies.
