THE PHARMACY STAFF IS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER IN EVERY FACET!!! KIND & COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS, KEVIN IS SECOND TO NONE (MAYBE KIM WHO WENT TO NEWTOWN SQUARE) WHEN IT COMES SIDE EFFECTS, WHAT IS SAFE AND WHAT ISNT IN COMBINATION. ALL TECHS AND ASSOCIATES ARE SOUNDLY VERSED ON THE STORE LAYOUT AND WHERE PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED. DEBBIE, IS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND JUST A DARLING ATTITUDE. KEVIN KEEPS THAT SHOP RUNNING IN SHIP SHAPE. ELIZABETH, RAY & STEVE ARE AS WARM AND INVITING AS POSSIBLE. KATE IS A DILIGENT WORKER AND IS AS SERIOUS ABOUT HER PROFESSION AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD NOT DO THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT JUSTICE IF I DIDNT MENTION THE MOST CONGENIAL AND WELL MANNERED YOUNG MEN IVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO DEAL WITH AND ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO HIS HEARTY AND SINCERE SALUTATIONS AS I COME AND GO, HES AN INVALUABLE ASSET TO DEVON RITE AID AND AS A CORPORATION HES A POSTER CHILD FOR GIVING A WONDERFUL AURA TO THE ENTIRE STORE! . .

I was helped by Hanietta Klee. She was so nice to me and my boyfriend and even allowed me to give her a friendly hug. She smiled non-stop and she was really sweet. She is one of the nicest Riteaid employees I have ever encountered in my life. I hope you recognise her for hard work. I thank Riteaid for having someone like Hanietta Klee. She is the greatest. The older woman at the cash register was very rude and miserable. She ignored me when I asked her a question and looked at me with a nasty look. I asked my question three times and she just repeated the first thing she said and stared at me. I wont go back again, their service was horrible. Im also going to tell my family and friends to not go to this rite aid.

Worst pharmacy ever. Folks that work there are completly rude....time and time again. Totally act as if they are doing ME a huge favor. Never are polite, never say thank you, make you wait, and ignore common courtesy. I have used another rite aid for years and loved them. Will not use this pharmacy, nor will I shop there, ever again.

The store is clean and well stocked. Not my first choice - I usually like CVS. I think that RiteAid is overpriced. BUT when my normal pharmacy didnt have meds for my daughter, RiteAid did and they were very quick about filling the script.

They dispensed the wrong drug for my son. If you value your time and safety, find a place that has pharmacists who know what theyre doing.

Some of the pharmacists and techs can really cope an attitude. I have stopped using this particular Rite Aid just because of that.
