Made an appointment online, they had me out the door with 2 new tires in 35 minutes. I liked that you could browse and select your tires online before you got to the store. That gave a much broader selection than what would usually be available in a tire shop.

Called ahead of time to get my car inspected and I was told that I was ok to come in and didnt need an appointment once I got to this place in Oxford they said that they were short handed and couldnt get my car in their shop. Very unprofessional
