My family has been using M Stephen for some time now for our jewelry and watch repairs. It really is a unique little jewelry store in that the staff try to do as many repairs as possible "while you wait". Obviously when its crowded that doesnt always work and you will need to leave your jewelry there for pickup later. But I rarely experience this and when I do its for a good reason. I trust M Stephen with our stuff. The owner tells it like it is and has appropriate pricing for his repair work.

Weve been going to M Stephen for years now. I will only trust them for fine jewelry purchases. Unlike the places in the mall, the quality of the settings and stones is top quality, and the prices are much more reasonable. Both my pieces were made to order, so I got exactly what I wanted, and within my budget. One pieces was actually cast in the design and metal I wanted, to fit my preexisting stone, so they definitely will work with you on custom unique jewelry pieces.

I called this store earlier today and asked to bring in my engagement ring to have it resized. The woman I spoke to told me to come right in. As soon as I walked I knew I was in the right place. I was helped very fast, and quoted a very reasonable price. Fast and easy, nothing more that I could ask for... I will be coming to this place for years to come.
