I went here to get contacts and they didnt even teach me how to care for my contacts. They didnt give me a starter bag including eye solution or a contact lens case. They provide you with that and more at most eye doctors. I had a problem with my contacts and they suggested that I "let my eyes adjust" where my eyes were burning and hurt. This place also only provided me with one pack of contacts under my insurance and I had to pay for my eye exam for the contacts. They didnt even give me a throrough exam.

First of all the staff were taking selfies while I was waiting to be seen. Secondly I get my glasses two months later. Thirdly the lenses pop off after a couple a months and they try to sell me new frames. Should have known how unprofessional they were from the beginning. They are just there to take your money.

I have been there 3 times already for glasses for my son and will continue to go back. They are very friendly and helpful. The last person I dealt with was Nidia and she was awesome! My son is very picky and she was patient with him and helped him find frames that he was comfortable with! Thank you

i recently visited the optical outlet store in clifton new jersey, and an associate named "wade" was very helpful. he was very friendly and because of him im willing to bring my friends,and family to get their opticals done by wade. i recommend everyone to go there and see Wade.
