Downtown Intimates is "a new type of adult boutique located in Downtown Minneapolis" that provides queer customers a safe and respectful space to enhance their sexual wellness. Larger than the well known Smitten Kitten, Downtown Intimates offers a much wider variety of sex toys such as vibrators, a variety of lubes and creams, BDSM gear, books, strap-ons, flesh lights, cock rings, dildos, and a great selection of lingerie. The store is spacious and welcoming. It is also very clean and updated. The people who work there are very passionate about sexual health, and they will answer any questions you have and help in any way they can.

The beautiful outside display drew me in, once inside I was greeted immediately by one of the most knowledgeable staff I have ever experienced in the business! Clean, comfortable, well laid out store, everything was easy to find and products out for display so you can really explore what your buying, so awesome! My absolute new favorite shop!! Like shopping in a candy store for adults - the store is hip, bright and clean. The adult toys come in all colors of the rainbow in more fun shapes and sizes than you could imagine. The salesgirl was a young, attractive woman who had my girlfriend and I laughing as we scoped out the merchandise. We loved the whole experience of shopping here.
