Very bad experience at the SA car wash. The car wash customer service and the quality of the wash has declined dramatically in the past months. The response time from when I pull in to the wash entrance, to the time the clerk actually shows up to start the process is too long. Today she said shed meet me back there right away after I had paid in store, well minutes passed and I had to go back up front into the store to find out that she was working the counter alone, and had to wait for another co-worker. SA either needs to automate the process completely, or have a clerk available in a very timely manner to initiate the wash. Another gripe is that in the past the clerk would high pressure spray the car, and soap brush the rear bumper of the car (that the wash doesnt normally get). Now the hand pressure wash is sporadic and the rear bumper brushing is not done at all. Apparently the "shammy dry" is only done on the "ultimate" wash.. thus leaving the car very wet at exit. In the past they used to sell a 20 wash card and a 5 wash card at a discounted package price, now apparently there is only a monthly plan, or you need to go into the store to buy an individual wash. Much less convenient. It seems that the store is doing all they can to push me away from being a loyal wash customer as I had been it the past for many years.

I go to this station all the time because its close to my house. I have never had a problem - despite there never being any paper when I print a receipt. Today I actually went inside (rare occurrence) and Pat was extremely rude to me. I will never be returning here again. For the record PAT - people can hear your sigh under your breathe when you are "frustrated" over something so silly. Just remember, someone may be having a bad day to begin with and you contributed to making it worse with your rude mannerisms. Horrible customer service and treatment.

Employees watched me like I was stealing and did not acknowledge me at all when purchasing. Employees only spoke of getting drunk after work. Gas station is clean and well stocked, however with the exceptions. I have dropped it to 4 stars.

only the coolest people work there. no other gas station like it. decently priced gas. awesome prices of products inside.... all they need is papers, instead of swishers only.

They NEVER have receipt paper at pumps & being a mother of multiple young ones, so going into store drives me crazy. They do not keep up on their work shift duties.

55 degrees, car wash closed.. I think it is closed more often than it is open. Never going back there again.
