This location made paying inside very difficult. The pumps have instructions if youre paying inside (lift pump and select grade), then the cashier asks over the speakers if youre paying inside. I didnt understand why they were asking rather than just telling me to pay inside when done. I went inside to ask what was up, he said I needed to give them a sign I was paying inside when they asked (a head nod, thumbs up, something). I asked that since I was now inside, could I prepay, no they dont offer that. Very frustrating purchase experience.

Dont go to this carwash! Im a loyalty customer and wash my car here all the time. In January my new car got scratched all over by their brushes (black truck). Manager agreed that those scratches were made by the carwash. Filed a claim with corporate office. They denied the claim and refused to pay! Use holiday unlimited carwash, touch free and the results are much better.

Always under staffed, they upgraded to chip now it takes a lot longer. Jesus is a cool guy always working hard. 5/11 would not work here
