Do not order from here! I placed an order, it was never delivered and I was still charged. They claimed they emailed me and I never received an email. I checked my spam and all folders/areas where it could be but it was never sent. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the employee on the phone was very rude when talking to me, all she kept saying is, we sent an email. Next time you want to let your customers know you are not able to complete their order please call and email, this will allow them to be aware of what is going on and show you actually care about them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE CREDIT CARD INFO ONLINE AND NEVER SEND YOUR FLOWERS. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER RINGS WITH NO ANSWER AND THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR YOUR ORDER HAS A BOGUS CHINESE EMAIL ADDRESS TO REPLY TO. 100% SCAMMERS!!! I ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED ON MOTHERS DAY AND IT NEVER HAPPENED. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. I WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TO RIP OFF REPORT NOW!!!!

I had to go pickup some flowers and balloons for my daughter’s Birthday. They had varieties of balloons, cards and the flower arrangements. It was a smaller shop but owners were very kind and I would definitely go back this florist to get some more flowers. Also the quality was better than other flower shops that I have been to.

The flowers I get from here are withered and like a week old. They even dont bother spray some water on them. Very bad experience.
