I was a little hesitant at first to sell my broken gold jewelry, because this was a whole new experience for me. I had old jewelry laying around since the late 80s to early 90s collecting dust. I figured why not check out Alpha Gold Exchange (11/2013) to see what I can get. I was met with courteous and professional service throughout my gold selling experience. To my surprise, I left the establishment with heavier pockets than before. I was impressed with the way my jewelry was inspected, along with an explanation of what they were looking for in terms of the quality and karats of gold. I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future.

I was ONE DAY late getting my 14k necklace out of pawn and they claimed they had melted it down. I went to the shop the next MORNING after the due date and was told it was gone. I would not recommend this shop. They steal your jewelry to resell at a profit. Most shops offer a grace period of at least ONE DAY. They saw my necklace was good quality and stoled it from me. I WAS TOLD MY NECKLACE WAS MELTED DOWN. I was one day late. If you have quality jewelry you want a loan on BEWARE of these guys.

They were absolutely the best! Like all the websites say you should know the value of what you have, but when I went into their business, I left feeling like I had received fair value for my trade. They are rated by the BBB, and its hard to find people in this industry who take the time to register and be held accountable. They treated me w/ the utmost respect and they know exactly what they are talking about!!

They are wonderful! Fun to deal with and very informative. I felt personally taken care of while selling my gold. Also went back to have all my jewelry repairs and some silver pieces repaired.
