I asked them to charge $80 on 1 card & remainder of balance on a different card, she runs the $80 transaction 1st & then tells me that it took the whole amount! That just cost my bf a $37 overdraft fee because they dont know how to split a transaction after telling me theyre going to charge the card only $80!!! PLUS the past 4 months its always over a 3 hour wait for them to fill, YES they always complain how theyre understaffed, i will pay more $ somewhere else for my prescription before I go back to this Walmart!

This was my last time using this pharmacy. Evey time I go there, I have to hear a sob story of them being understaffed. They are very slow, rude, and never have medicine in stock. Lastly, they wanted to charge me $70.00 for a prescription. The cashier stated my insurance, needed a letter written by them, to my doctor requesting why I needed this brand. However, when I left there Publix gave me the medicine for free without going through my insurance.

What made me choose such a poor score was that I seen the manager of the pharmacy treat the staff so rudely. Even though I wasnt getting a prescription filled I was looking for a few things outside the service window in the store. Ive seen lots of different faces back there and I can definitely understand why. I hope the employees that work in the pharmacy know there ethics policy. Hope this gets resolved!

I renewed my 100 diabetic test strips. He said that they were out of 100s would I take 4-25 test strip packages. Like a dummy I said Yes. It turns out that the pharmacy pays less for the quantity 25 packages. I asked him why and he replied that we charge them at cost. I know that Walmart pocketed the difference. Im moving soon and I cant wait to change to CVS Pharmacy.

So far this morning Ive called 4 times, been hung up on twice and when asked "how can I help you" have been interrupted put on hold indefinitely after I began explaining the reason for my call. The Associates name doin this is Chassidy
