Really disappointed in this store. According to their posted hours, they are supposed to be open until 10pm. I got there at 9:30 one evening to find their entrance locked, so I walked in the exit, as another customer was leaving, only to hear the cashiers and baggers shout out to another employee to shut off the sensor for the exit door. Another shopping experience included the purchase of rancid meat. I had no issues returning the bad product, but the replacement was only about a day away from being rancid also, even though the sell-by date was a few days out from my purchase date.

The prices are not lower than Publix and even if they were Id rather give my money to Publix where shopping is indeed a pleasure and I never have to ask for help. I was in this store today. The cashier was very nonchalant and aloof. She bagged the grocery, left it on the counter and walked away. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and sometimes I need help. I have never, ever been offered help with my grocery and the one time I asked for help the guy who came to assist was obviously not pleased with the request. It irritates me to no end to shop this store

The store is clean & on the whole MOST workers are very friendly & helpful. However we were in the store this sat, 5.13 around 1pm to buy flowers. There was a lady behind the flower counter working. We had 5 bouquets & wanted to have an arrangement made. We were told " we cant do that" you have to buy whats out there. Really ?!? You cant have your own arrangement made ? She was rude, nasty & we took our business to PUBLIX. Where they will customize or sell you a vase & are POLITE & COURTEOUS. We were very disappointed.

Only 2 cashiers! new customers who arrived after me, lined up at the service desk before a new cashier was called and got thru the line before I did, because new cashier serviced those customers while we continued to wait in the lines that was already opened. My suggestion was to take the next customer in the already open line and alternate a customer from each open line and tell the ones that lined up at the service desk to get in a established line.

Its convenient but not stellar. Staff never seems to go to any added effort to earn my business. In fact I find myself thanking THEM after handing them my money. I feel that every business should thank their customers for their patronage. Store is kept reasonably clean and the chain offers bargains appropriate with the other chain grocery stores.

Plenty of street people to take your pocket change after checking out, especially in the evening hours. This particular store tends to run out of stock in several different departments too frequently to us. From time to time they have lengthy checkout lines, apparently due to understaffing. Overall, store is clean and safe enough.

I go here about 5 times a week. Always very clean and staff is very friendly. They dont always have enough check-out lanes open to accommodate the volume, but I always see a manager hop on a register or start bagging groceries, which is nice.

Terrible customer service. I was there this morning, and they only had two registers open with a large line of people. You can never find a manager, and their customer service is awful. I will never shop at this location again!!

Good service. The bakery people are always so sweet and nice. The cakes are amazing as well. Ive never had a problem in this store. I prefer this Winn Dixie over the one that is closer to my house. Check out is always fast.

Store is well organized. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products. This is my neighborhood store and it is probably one of the winn dixie that I do not mind going to. They always have everything Im looking for.

Convenient, but prices are high, mostly $3-$4 higher than other stores. Deli is not fresh. I have bought deli items twice and both times I returned for being old. I only buy BOGO items

WD is usually quick and easy to get into and out of. Prices are on average lower than other stores. Lots of parking and easy to get into and out of from Fowler Ave and Hwy 301.
