I have been this store client for an while, even I have professional card, but today my experience was not good. I was looking for a blue color to correct yellow color. Unfortunately, there was a girl with a blue hair color at front desk. I tried to explain her what I was looking for...she was very rude .....she treated me like a stupid saying nothing make sense in my request. I answered her, probably she didnt understand my request because she is not a cosmetologist. Definitely, I dont want to come back this store.
