Had a wonderful time conversing with in-store sales team -- all were very congenial, amicable, and more importantly helpful when doing a shoe search and/or pointing out items that Id remembered from previous store visits... Mitchell in particular helped me with my last visit and was an absolutely brilliant wingman from entering the store to checking out by the front; had everything I needed in a matter of minutes and quite honestly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Everyone had big smiles and was totally relatable -- Great job guys!
