Very disappointed in their customer service today. I come here quite often because I think they have a great selection of clothing and it is convenient. But after washing an item according to the directions listed on the tag, the item came out two sizes smaller than it was when I bought it, the sales representative confirmed. As I attempted to exchange the top, due to the false directions from the manufacturer, the owner refused to exchange my top even though I was attempting to exchange for the same top pre washed. Every other boutique Ive been to would be more than happy to accomodate this request but unfortunately this is not the place that would go above and beyond for repeat business. Really liked this place but I will probably not return due to the fact that the clothing care is inconsistent and they will not compensate for their manufacturers mistakes.

I went there a few minutes ago. This place should have friendly staff, it is part of good customer service to greet when someone visit your place or at least responds when the costumer greets, but the lady didnt even have the education of looking who was coming to the store. I didnt think I was going to have this kind of experience there.

Such a cute store! For being a boutique, everything is at a good price! The only thing is that every dress Ive bought from here has shrunk a tremendous amount. I even hand washed them so Im not sure how that even happens. I dont ever have this problem, except with the clothes that I buy here :(
