Im not sure if I just have bad luck, but the pharmacy is awful. They have made mistakes that should have them closed. Ive been dispensed the incorrect medication, dispensed the incorrect amount, and for one Rx they kept not filling it, because my insurance wouldnt cover it even though I had told them I would pay out of pocket. I came back 3 times to find my prescription not filled because my insurance wouldnt cover it. I finally refused to leave until they filled the prescription and they came back and said they couldnt fill it because my insurance wouldnt cover it. I had *just* told them minutes earlier that I was paying out-of-pocket! And that was only for the first time I filled that prescription. Every time after that was like explaining to a toddler that I was paying out of pocket I had gone to a different Pharmacy but then part of this incompetent staff was switched to that Pharmacy as well. Geezus CVS, start hiring Pharmacists like Walgreens. If only my insurance covered Walgreens.

The worse pharmacy ever!!!!! You NEVER get your medicine at the first time, you need to call your doctor twice I make sure speak with someone at the pharmacy. If toou need something fast, forget it with them. Slowly CSR...

The pharmacy staff is nice but they always take a very long time to wait on you whether that is in the drive through or in the store.
