Arrived as they opened on Monday morning, A handle had broken off my toilet. I am new to the area, so I was happy to meet Richard who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and patient. I often feel awkward when I have to buy things from Hardware stores, because I am not too knowledgeable about some things, and I am afraid that someone might take advantage of my naivety. Richard was a TRUE Gentleman. I also received a 10 % discount because of the community I live in. Cant say enough good things!

I live in the area and just visited USA Hardware for the first time this afternoon. The staff was extremely helpful and their garden center had a wide selection of plants. I will definitely be coming back here the next time me or my wife need something for our house.
