This is the worst liquor store ever! Do yourself a favor, buy all of your liquor before you get to Champions Gate. You can also buy your wine (much cheaper) at the next door Publix. We purchased a box of Black Box Pinot Grigio wine. We brought it home and opened it and it tasted so terrible... we looked at the expiration date and it had expired 6 months ago. We tried to exchange it (with the receipt) but found that all of the Black Box Grigio boxes were expired by at least 6 months. You would think the store owner would be embarassed and offer to refund our money but he would only give us store credit! So we had to purchase something else that we didnt even want and then go to Publix to buy our Black Box. Terrible!!!!

Ill trade a bit of money for a better experience any day. Its the reason no one really likes going to Walmart. Low prices arent the only thing. Knowledgeable and friendly staff win over saving a few bucks by going elsewhere. If you meet Liam when youre shopping then youll understand my point. Hes helpful and friendly without trying to sell you the most expensive bottle just to make a better sale. If all you want is a bottle of Smirnoff then you can get that anywhere. Need help finding a scotch you might like? Liam is your man.

Worker was very rude. Started to berate me after i walked into his cooler. Was just trying to find some cold beer since what i wanted was warm. No sign informing that it was not customer accessible. The employee began to then treat me as if i was nothing. Would not shop here again.

Titos most expensive Ive ever seen. $43 here which is price gouging. $27 usually and most Ive seen before here was $35 in NC due to high taxes. The store employee told me they were "tourist prices". Go to a Publix liquor store instead so you dont get hammered and gouged here.

Always been good to me if your not local just remember your 30 min from all the attractions i dont hear any of ya complaining about an 8 dollar soda at disney but if your booze is 2 dollars more the world must have stopped hahaha silly people

Great place , employees treat customers with respect , everything is organized, prices are a bit higher from tourist areas but thats okay, overall great experience !
