Love love love Rite Aid! Easy to find everything and store is usually neat and clean. I am able to go in and check out with ease. They even have a $1 section on the back wall that I like to stroll through Everytime I go in, especially with the kids. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because you do have some staff members who you can tell dont really care for working there, but I havent had to interact with them, however they show their disdain by talking to other co-workers very loudly about the issues going on with the employers, employees and the store itself. Other than that, I drive by CVS just to go. Plenty of back and street parking and prices are reasonable.

Pharmacy is descent in more ways than not. The rite aid staff themselves or mostly rude and miserable. There are about 3 very nice people who work. One blonde with glasses(not the manager), a young guy i believe that may be a manager hes a young kid skinny with brown hair and boue or green eyes, and another guy who has a short ponytail with tattoos i think. The rest of the staff are all rude. I heard one of the managers yelling across the floor about junkies and was swearing. He was mid to high 30s id say with brown hair. I will repost another review with all names. I am at this rite aid more than once ir even twice a day. Rite aid needs to step there game up

Service is good. Great pharmacists. Store is in great shape and well stocked. The refrigerators break more frequently than most places. Rite Aids sales are fishy. Mostly have to buy more than one to get a good savings, like only 20 cents off one, but if buy two, you get them both at half off. Dont like having to carry out more than I came in for.

I wrote a poor review nearly a year ago and submitted a complaint. A few days later I received a very nice apology from the head pharmacist and he was very helpful. Since then wait times have been very good and I am happy to report that service has improved greatly. I would recommend the pharmacy now.

The pharmacist (the male who seems to be there most often) is nosy, loud, wears a dirty labcoat, and is all around annoying- not to say disturbing.

How can you fill a prescription when your site is either down or it is shut down after hours. CVS & Walgreens work fine. unbelievable.

God aweful I have always been told 20-30 minutes for a prescription and it is never less than 40. Service is aweful
