They screw up more orders than they get right. One time they read one of my parts list items out loud only to miss actually getting it into my box or invoice. Dont have them special order anything on a tight deadline, theyll more than likely tell you a date/time that they wont meet. Was that way on my last two wire orders. Second orders client was pissed...and EW could care less about the clerical input error that was the cause of the delivery delay. So, why have Ive been going back? Convenient geography, but now Ill gladly drive, and I advise you to do the same...
