Got a call to come in and pick up my expensive sunglasses. Was told two times that someone would be with me in minute. A woman comes in behind me and is immediately helped. I guess they dont teach them etiquette. I am tempted to tell them to refund my money and let them keep the prescription sunglasses.

The LensCrafters website says this location does the ClarifEYE digital eye exam. It doesnt. And the price for a standard eye exam is twice whats charged by the optometrist in Costco, who doesnt pressure you to buy glasses.

I had a good experience at lens-crafters at Webertown mall in Stockton. Mick the associate that helped me was so knowledgeable and patient. My glasses were reasonable price. I highly recommend. Lens-Crafters.
