Paying over 12,000 for a car thats not worth 2,000. Paying"New Car" notes for a now 17 year old car. Was told that if I established "Car credit" I could trade it in, once a year had passed with good payment history........ 19 months later... never been late, never missed a payment and Im stuck with this car. And its gonna cost me 1,000 to get the body looking right and everything working...... It was damaged when I got it by the way. Yeah theyre nice... Thats their job. Wish I had done my research before I signed for this vehicle. NOT HAPPY. AT ALL. My advice is save your money, buy one from Craigslist or something until your ready to hit the big stage. My real problem is this..... why take advantage of people that clearly DONT have it. Because my credit isnt top notch I have to pay over 6X what the car is worth? Not fair at all.

I believe the company it self is amazing! However my recent experience was horrible. I looked around the lot and went inside to ask questions about a few vehicles. The woman at the desk in the back was very UNPLEASANT. She did tell me the mileage on one vehicle that was over 150,000. Then she claimed the mileage for the other vehicle wasnt in her system. I asked if we could look at in meaning inside. All the vehicles were locked which is weird and not like most dealers. She told me we can look "at it" without looking inside but once I get approved they show me the vehicles Im approved for. I left immediately went right across the street to Enterprise and purchased a 2016 vehicle!!

They sold me a 2002 lemon. I have had the car 3 months and its been in the shop over 6 times. I have drove it on the freeway a total of 4 times and now guess what it needs to go back to the shop! They are willing to fix the problems but Im unable to drive a car to my important appointments due to it being on the shop and they charged $13000 because of my credit and according to the papers they left in car the junk is worth $0!!!

Awwful experience... dont go will regret purchasing here. I got my vehicle from this dealership. Did the same thing other customers experience s. The vehicle I purchased was a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Havent been one year. Been in shop for a total of 10 times. Im a single mother of 4. A hospice caregiver for elderly and terminal. Please resolve these issues seriously. Please stand more for quality not quantity sold.

terrible they trick you into getting these cars, make it sound sooo good but youre paying 10,000+ for a car worth 2,000. I regret even going through them but of course Im only 21 so credit was an issue for any other lot. You only get 1 payment arrangement every 6 months etc. as if life doesnt happen. ITS NOT WORTH IT!
