Went in on April 12th, waiting at the return counter to exchange an item and another lady walked in to return didnt like that our line was long so went to a cashier and when it was her turn the guy at the register said he would help her over at the return counter, mind you we were still waiting, when he came over he looked at us and I proceeded to counter and he said no mam I am helping this lady already, I told help she came in 15-20 mins after us and didnt like how long the line was and went over to the register knowing that this line was the return line. She was rude and he played right into it instead of telling her that she would need to get into the customer service /return line he helped her. Anyway the lady Yolanda that was working at the return/exchange counter was almost done and she said she would help us next, she was a very understanding apologized for the wait and that we were not helped next and very nice person, she took care of our exchange and we were very happy with her, there should be more employees like her! Im rating this a 5 star for her help!
