Our project was to furnish an entire house in Asia with beautiful, high-quality, preferably USA-made, durable furniture. Eastern the Furniture Co. was a perfect one-stop shop! We worked with them for a month last spring selecting and ordering the furniture from multiple manufacturers, which eventually was to be shipped to Asia. When the furniture arrived from the manufacturers to the Eastern store, the Eastern team did everything necessary to ensure the safe furniture delivery to Asia ( i.e. quality control, packing for overseas shipment, and the delivery of the furniture to our ocean freight shipper). Once the furniture arrived at the final destination in Asia, we checked the furniture for accuracy and handling. Everything was perfect! We are very pleased with our experiences dealing with Eastern. First of all, the store carries numerous midscale and upscale furniture brands. Its 2-story spacious store displays many different brands so that you could see and feel the size, style, and workmanship of various furniture before you make your final selections. Due to its large size, Eastern Furniture also offers one of the best deals in the area for a volume business (e.g. furniture for an entire house). Moreover, its people (Alice, Dawn, Bryan, & Arnulfo) - from the sales people to the store and warehouse managers - are very helpful, efficient, and most importantly COMPETENT. In our particular situation, from the start to the end of the process, involving furniture that fit our criteria, customizing fabric, color and hardware for the pieces to create a put-together style, and coordinating the quality control, overseas packing, and delivering the furniture to the warehouse of our overseas shipping company - they did an excellent job! We strongly recommend Eastern the Furniture Company!
