If I ask for a dark chocolate mocha, hot, Im pretty sure Im speaking English. Im not a heavy coffee bean customer as the nearest one is about 45 mins away but I like to make a stop when Im near by as a treat. When the server looks at me like Ive got a d!ck sticking out of forehead and speaks down to me because I didnt call it a latte dark chocolate drink, Im going to write a review that reflects poor service. I usually have a great experience at coffee bean but this one time, when Im craving a warm dark chocolate drink with coffee in it (lets not forget, he said you know, this has coffee in it, well duh, Im asking for a coffee drink!) I expect a drink, with coffee in it. Not bashing coffee bean but this server really needs some training on customer service!

Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple iced tea. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. Granted, it was somewhat busy. However, they totally forgot my order entirely and tried to blame it on being busy. The cashier provided me with a refund and when I told him that a simple ice tea isnt that difficult -- you pour some tea on ice. He said, "its difficult when you have 6 other orders." He then promptly took the next customer and ignored me. Really? Not my problem youre busy. You shouldnt forget orders. Ive been to much busier operations and they can pour (and not forget!) an ice tea. Not impressed with the dismissive customer service and lack of efficiency.

Regular good old coffee bean and tea leaf. The staff is very friendly, but needs some organization at times; probably because they opened recently. The hours arent very long. They close at 8 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on weekends. If you want late night coffee around the area, it seems like Peets at rivermark is the only place near by it seems (closing at 10:30 pm). There are a variety of different power outlets and cell phone chargers on the tables at this coffee bean location, calling for convenient charging for your devices; some cables dont seem to work at times when people yank too hard on it, but the staff usually can help.

CBTL has the BEST coffee around. Their house coffee is nice and smooth, unlike other places. Very consistent. If you want something cold, get an Ice Blended Mocha. I first tried it over 25 years ago and its still one of my all time favorite drinks. Im so happy that theres finally some locations in the South Bay. This location is pretty nice. Plenty of seating. Very clean. Lots of outlets for charging your laptop. Very friendly staff.

Getting a bagel takes 30 minuets. Its still not ready. Oh well I have to starve today because Im already late for work and cant go elsewhere. Dont go here if you want to grab a coffee and something to eat in the morning. Edit: This is Saturday morning and it is not busy at all. Image what would it be during the week....

Great fresh brewed tea, but the espresso is just "whatever" ... I added a star because the baristas are friendly, welcoming and - most importantly - competent. Coming from the PacNW it was nice to see a good shop in the heart of a what I consider an over developed wasteland (ie: silicon valley).

This is one of only 6 locations in Northern California and besides the kiosk at Valley Fair this is the only one south of San Francisco! If you are an LA native, this will definitely be a welcome treat. They have phone/laptop chargers embedded into their tables as well.

Great place, right off the freeway, easy access. Christine rocks those drinks out. She makes me feel really welcome, great customer service and the taste of her drinks are amazing. Gets me in and out fast. Definitly recommend.

We got the Vietnamese cold brew sweetened and I iced vanilla bean latte. Both were pretty good but the vanilla bean was a little too sweet. Store was pretty well kept and clean.
