Placed an order online. Received an email confirmation. No tracking number. Email stated they would send a second email with number. 2nd email received.....still no tracking number. Email states i can log in to see tracking information....okay.....Logged in says my email account is invalid...not registered. So I register it. Now it shows no order history. Nor is there anywhere on the website for me to input a order number. 10 days later......still no tracking number or item. No customer service. You call the number no one answers.....even their "cell phones." You send an email to the support center......no one replys. You log-in to their online chat......no one answers. There is no "person" at this company. Probably some fat guy sitting on his lab top ripping people off. Cause thats exactly how I feel at this point. Will gladly never do business with again!!! Nor will I ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy!!!! Stay as far away as possible!!!!
