I was going around to all the smoke shops in the area looking for a part for a volcano & ran into this place(Just says "Smoke Shop"). He said he only has these new Vapit Vaporizers(VX-2100) & he offered $40 out the door; then said "35" when I was going out the door. I said I might be back for it. I thought about the fact that I wasnt going to get to use my volcano till I found a local smoke shop open so I ended up going back with a friend to get it anyway. As soon as I got there he was already getting it out of the display case & was taking it out of the box. I took a last look at it & paid for it. Went home, Plugged it in & began to preheat it; 4 minutes later I hear a pop & looked & the ground glass portion broke in half & continued to break as I just watched. I tried to immediately return it to M J Smoke Shop but all I got is a "As soon as you leave There is no returns!". I asked if I could exchange it but to no avail. Im pretty sure that this isnt allowed by law in the state of California. There is a mandatory 3 Month or 90 day warranty on all new items that are sold in California in a retail environment. I would never recommend this smoke shop to anyone & I never plan to buy anything from this place ever again. Beware of the Vapeit if you see it anywhere else as well; Even though the guy claims you can get a replacement for the reverse stem(He doesnt know, he just wanted me off his back) you cant get it out without having to try really hard just to not cut yourself pulling the broken stem out of the hard grommet that holds in in place; Its in the grommet so tight that even soap & oil wouldnt break it free. If I got it out without it breaking anymore I might be able to take it to a glass blower but for $35 I think Ill just take the loss & write this review about it but mainly about this really crappy store.

Given this busy schedule I like to eat out a lot, and many of my reviews that come as a bi-product of dining out are relevant to my end published works. But Yelp is a great start for me..... Racial slurs, Screaming and fighting family members, saying dirty and unprofessional things to women when they are walking out, and an overall greasy location. I have heard this guys use the N work and call white people crackers. They are rude and are out to rip you off for any little cent. Furthermore, There are such inconsistencies with pricing for all items in the store. I have actually been documented my experiences and payments here for the last 5 months, and will be submitting my findings to the IRS and Weights and Measures this week. Go to Mobile and deal with great customer service and cheaper items.

They try very hard to rip you off, To Much peer pressure. One Of them Is always super drunk. Who goes to work drunk? Or gets Drunk At work? Worse customer service and they also sell fake products. There Very rude. This is the worse smoke shop in the city of rancho cucamonga. Dont Go Here. Youve Been warned

Beware!!! They are a rip off. I went in with a coupon for a pack of cigarettes for $2.00 and the guy charges me $5.00 . When asked why he said because of tax. These people are a huge rip off. I will never go back there again. They are idiots and seems they rip everyone off.

I wish i had read the reviews before i went in. They tried to rip me off. Without my consent, the cashier added items to my checkout, and charged me for it, then would not cancel the whole transaction. Aside from that, they charged me $2 extra for nothing at all.

Great people. The owners/family have welcomed me here for YEARS. They have great glass and GOOD prices. Checks them out for; soft drinks, all tobacco products, glass pipes, water pipes, ETC!

Great place it should be called bjs instead of Mjs because it feels like Im getting sucked off thats how great it is. I love this place!!!
