THIRD RATE DONUTS IN RANCHO Donuts seem stale/old. Asked guy to give me fresh ones from the racks and racks of fresh donuts behind him. He refused and would only sell me ones from the few in the case. I told him I understood if some were still too hot /fragile to handle so I asked him for any of the ones that were ready. He refused and insisted that the ones in the case were fresh. WHEN I GO TO A DONUT SHOP AT 4:45 AM I WANT FRESH DONUTS. The Donut King guy can save his "these are fresh" bullshit for someone else because I wont be coming back. I left without any donuts. Either of the two other doughnut places in Rancho are better than these "City" donuts.

My daughter went in to get us donuts, I could not physically go in so she video chatted me. When she got to the counter she was told "next time you want to show someone the donuts bring them in" WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!!! And then she was never given a total for the bill, and the lady put her card on the counter when she was done with the transaction instead of handing it to her. And to add when she got home the order was wrong. So I called the establishment to speak with the manager, and was told there is no manager and he hung up on me. We will NEVER go to this establishment again!!!

Best place in the city. I love the taste of these donuts and they always go above and beyond if I want something! They made a fresh pot of coffee for me and filled a donut just to be amazing. I come from Texas and unlike some people in this city... they really talk to you. Great customer service from both the man and woman who work there. If you havent tired their croissants their mmmazing!

Im never coming here again. Ive given this place too many chances. I found a hair in my doughnut, and I realized they are never wearing hair nets. I still came back, every time I said hello/how are you. They would ignore me and pretend not to hear, OR look disgusted that I would ask such a thing.

Id love to review their donuts, but their atm declined my chip. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the man didnt seem to care when I explained he might try swiping it if his chip reader is down. I went down the street and used my atm card chip down the street and it worked, no issue. Bring cash.

Staff is not very happy. Too queit and act like they dont want to be there. Went there again and they opened 15 minutes late, donut case was nearly empty. Would not let me get fresh donut from the large rack full. Told me I can only get from the case which was empty. Never going again.

Ive been to this place three times lately. The lady at the counter didnt seem to be so happy to serve. The donuts were not different from many other places. A cup of coffee is normal expected. If I need something right away, I would stop by. Otherwise, ...........

Donut King donuts were brought to my work today. They were fresh, light, not greasy and the chocolate was thick and rich. I didnt go to the store, so I dont know about the service, but the donuts were great.

Rude service .The lady there acts like its a big inconvenience that you are coming in for donuts. Zinfandel area needs better service.
