Despite the convenient location, this pharmacy has been steadily declining - frequently out of medications (but not contacting me to let me know,) prescriptions almost picked up that werent mine, and constantly changing and unposted hours of the pharmacy. Thinking they were open until 10 as stated on the website, I left an emergency message for the pharmacist to contact my doctor about antibiotics. Now, after receiving no response I contact the store to find that the pharmacy closed at 6, and there will be no-one to contact my dr until tomorrow. This will now cost me at least $500 and an ER visit. Plus hours in an ER with other sick patients and a shattered immune system. Shame on you Rite Aid!!

I love Rite-Aid but I will not be coming to this specific location for the foreseeable future for and pharmacy needs. I was attempting to fill my boyfriends perscription and I was refused assistance. I did not have hid physical insurance card, but I did have his ID, work insurance policy group number, and subscriber ID number. I preceeded to leave Rite-Aid get said insurance card for fear that no other pharmacy would help me, and leave my boyfriend who just got out of oral surgery unattended. Very unhappy with the service I received today. What a shame.

I LOVE this place. This is a great place to buy gifts theyll wrap it beautifully for you, and is one of my favorite places to buy plants. The owners remember you, and are one of the warmest most knowledgeable people Ive ever met. They put so much love into the store, and you feel it. Check this charming shop out. Youll love it.

The lady at the window is very rude. She makes assumptions and makes statements that are insulting as a way to try and justify her inability to serve customers properly. When you are sick or hurting, the last thing that you want to deal with Is somebody rude. Hopefully they take care of this nonsense.

Pharmacy was closed because they have only 1 pharmacist and needed a lunch break. I understand the break but should not have to discover it is closed when I show up to pick up my prescription. This store has gone from poor to just about intolerable.
