I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. These guys were absolutely terrible. We made an appointment to purchase a 2015 Toyota Rav 4, drove OVER two hours to get there, and by the time we got there they had already let another family test drive and buy the car. Very unprofessional, wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone. Beware. They could treat you like they treated us. I guess what they say is true, you can never trust car salesmen, especially the guys at Topline Automotive. They have no idea how to properly conduct business, be wary.

I bought my 2007 Audi Q7 here. The sales representative was decent. After my husband and I bought the car, we noticed some problems with the stereo system. We called them and asked them to fix it. They were professional about it, directed us to their mechanic, and took care of the bill. The mechanic told us someone had spilled coffee all over the stereo system. It was nice that Topline took care of it for us, but I think it should have been taken care of right after the coffee was spilled and before they sold it to us.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest business. Misleading information provided about contract cancelation option agreement. We purchased a car on Friday and it broke down by Monday. Based on misleading information we basically paid for a car that was not working. Management was very unprofessional and rude.
