There is this lady called agnes or avnes what ever her name is, shes unprofessional, she dont know what shes doing and its not only that shes also very rude. My recommendation to you if you go there if you see her dont bother and deal with her because she will either give you a hard time or be rude to you and ya I never mentioned that I went there to pick up my medication and she refused to hand to me because they said my insurance didnt go threw, but when I first called them they said it went threw and it will be ready in 15 minute I went there and she was very rude, unprofessional and no clue what shes doing ( avnes or agnes).

They have this supervisor call Alexandrin. She is really bad with customers service.. didnt let me return something that was use ones and I hate it. I had the recipe but she still refused and she was really mean. I know cvs policy and is not like that never had a problem before in this store. Just with is woman. I take the product to another cvs and they didnt had any problems on returning the product. Never coming back to this store.

Drive-thru option available. Friendly and efficient staff. So theyre not open 24 hours. Thats not a deal breaker for me.
