I would give this review a 0 star! Horrible service! My experience felt if like I was bothering him or he was to busy. The call was not warm; not professional. In order for him to give me a quote I have to be in a union and they need a budget. If this business has all these restrictions; they need to specify that on their website. I believe the employee was just looking for excuses not to give me pricing in printing services. He refused to give me pricing. I dont remember his name; however, if you are looking for horrible & unprofessional service (please be part of the union) and use them. Based on my experience their service does not meet "minimum standards" in service.

Excellent service, union printer that provided me with all of my full color custom stationery that included business cards, letterhead, and envelopes for my business. They also were able to provide me with some great banners that helped me with my business marketing. Ive recommended them to other who have been pleased with their service.

Wonderful, creative, and helpful. Their print work is diverse and excellent, and it is one of the last unionized print shops in LA. I would recommend to anyone who wants quality print work.
