I jave lupus amd finromayalgia which,makes my body always burning hot amd i LOVE LOVE LOVE the cold freezing temperature of this store!! Great that its right around corner from my house, and people are always,nice. I wish there were more workers around the smokes area but,you can also press the button on the cars swiper for faster help. I also love the fast check out do it yourself lines. Ill evem get full loaded baskets amd use it necause I love doing it myself. Lol it reminds me of playomg store with my siblings as a child. Haha workers are always friendly, but there are those busy hours of opp. That anyone would love to avoid, such as, when the kids get,out of school because imstead of being good parents picking them up at the school or in the residential areas. They take up all the parkimg at walmart and other shops to get theor kids. It also means you have a million high school loitering aroumd waiting for their parents and half are up to no good. I have 2 kids who love coming with me to use their smaller double carted carts. Lol They complain about the cold but i always say thats what pants and sweaters are for! Lol. Id rather it be super cold in there then super hot!! Anyway, rambling!! But awesome little walmart grocery store with great prices. Not as much to choose from but the great value brand is just as good as any other brands and sometimes better!

Do not go to this store if you are a student in a rush. I came here on april 18th and when i going to pay i was told that i had to go though the cashier line and was not able to use the self checkout because the where "Down" in reality they set them to cards only so students wont use them there was a lady finishing up her order at the one next to mine so i said that one is working ill just use that one then she said that they are card only i said thats fine im paying with my card she precede to follow me to the self checkout and as i scanned my items she went and cancelled my order and said i needed to go through the cashier line without ever giving me a sold reason why i had to at this point i was very aggravated so i just through my items onto the belt and walked off i will defiantly not be shopping here anymore because they are discriminating against students and the older white lady who canceled my order really has no manners

Lamest customer service and crappiest QC and QA on their online clothes on sale ever. First go there and this jemima says says Im off shift and Im like overtime is 1.5x. The clothes had weird fuzz that rubbed all over seat and my other clothes after, and unsewn hems and unfinished v-neck it was really bad. On returns get this- employee who in their paid time should deliver returns has the GALL to say I deliver it to a larger store as a new policy. Huh? What a lazy ass thats mentally retarded as if I didnt pick up by end of week they would cancel like a return anyway. Is Walmart service going neanderthal? Rest assured after office opened corporate concluded the same and credited. Dang thing was I was on my way to another store for a different return and that one by COSTCO had a great experience to care on any given Sunday. Huh.

Clean store. Well organized. I showed up at 7 am so there were more employees than customers and somehow still couldnt get assistance. Made my purchase at the self checkout and although I purchased a bag was unable to obtain one seeing as how they are hidden and after 5 minutes of standing with my groceries waiting there was no employee at the self checkouts monitoring so I decided to leave. As I walked out the door arms full of the 9 items I bought (and in hindsight could have easily stolen) I saw 3 young men in produce yucking it up about something or another. As a non confrontational person I just walked past. My consolation is that atleast I dont live in the area and so will not be shopping here again.

Very rude service! I had called and asked them if they had an item, kept getting transfered and asked the same question 3 times. They did locate the item and said they did have it. I had one question about the item(size). She said "would you like me to go check on that?" i said i would greatly appreciate it if she could and thank you. Got put on hold for 3 sec. When i believe the manager ladie picked up and said " YOU KNOW WHAT, NO WE DONT HAVE THAT ITEM ANYMORE!" and clicked on me!!! Really now. What a joke! Lazie asz workers with horrible customer service! Never going there again.

If your looking for at least decent customer service DO NOT go here staff are rude and inconsiderate as one can be especially Olivia one of their employees, she feels like the world owes her something, hell she cant even smile.. I guess daddy issues. Management is unprofessional has an 8th grade education and likes to make up policies regarding check cashing this store is an embarrassment I would not be ashamed to see it shut down.

This place is super chill EXCEPT for the employees! They are very inconsiderate of your time, arent wanting or willing to HELP customers efficiently at all, and some of the females cake on way to much makeup its hard to take them serious. Though I will say it would be VERY EASY to steal anything from here because the employees are to careless and lazy to pay attention to any of their customers.

Great place to pick up the missing essentials; more self-service checkout stations than live cashiers; I wasnt able to get two different stations started--representative came over promptly to reset machine...a leftover receipt may have caused the problem--not obvious as to why machine seems ready but unresponsive; thanks for the help

I like this starts very clean and its very convenient for neighborhood store. Their inventory is about average, but their prices are higher compared to other Walmarts, the best selection for Walmart Goods is at the Long Beach town center. But the one in La Palma is ave average and adequate for a Neighborhood Grocery Store.

Its your supermarket version of Walmart. I was disappointed because I was going to buy a new doorknob and they do not have them. I end up buying milk and mouth wash. Besides that its a nice storage the people at front are extremely helpful.

Constantly frustrated by this store. They are always out of stuff. Waste of time most days. They also have a cashier that has to keep being told not to bag chemicals with food but she does it every time...uggg There is a lot more...✔

TOO COLD IN THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!! I only shop in this store if necessary, get in and get out. Poor employees, everyone of them has a long sleeve on because they are FREEZING. FIX THE TEMP AND YOUR SALES WILL RISE.

Very convenient and reasonable price option to shop here. They have good bread, cheese, chips and drinks selection. They also have pharmacy on site.

Its a pleasant coming here. I like that they have self check out counters. The selections are just right, enough for you to have choices.
