This place is designed more for contractors than the general public. They have very competitive prices, basically always beating the other big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. They dont have a huge selection but they have the popular stuff, you can get what you need and itll look great. The main reason people seem to dislike this store is the lack of displays. You dont get much in the form of displays. What I like to do is shop at the stores that do have fancy displays, find what I want, then go here and save a lot of money.

the store management needs to oversee the workers more some employees need product knowledge /store layout training 3 employess gave us 3 different locations for an item perhaps a little less time playing on their cell phones ??? prefer the long beach store more professional but since this store is closer we usually give it a go first i have found some great deals over the years

Good prices...they beat Lowes and Home Depot on pricing... But if you have any questions their customer service is subpar... So if your a hardware newbie I would recommend the local hardware store. I came to get some basic drywall and tools so it was good for my personal needs.

You need to be careful to buy granite I paid 155.00 color green /black and not know when I got home in the back was damage, expense and not a great quality
