PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I dont know if the owner(s) are aware of some of the practices their employees use, but these people are rude, and almost inhuman when it comes to empathy and communication. As another review has stated, they have great customer service when they are trying to sell you a car. They will finance almost anyone! But once they have you locked down in a contract, their primary concern is money money money. Customer service goes out the window. It doesnt matter how long theyve had your business, or how many payments you have made, if you ask them for understanding or common courtesy, to be treated with respect, you may find yourself surprised. I would not recommend ANYONE to get trapped into a contract with these people. They forget what customer service or just plain human decency is once they have your money and your contract.

i have to disagree with some reviews.i bought my car on black Friday 2012.paid the half down.they did all the dmv paperwork for me,gave me $500 off,( iwanted more off but car had the least amount of miles on the lot).i had a free inspection done the next day from big o tires on the car due to being scammed on craigslist.found out 2 major items needed to be fixed.would have cost me 1500.went back to reliable auto sales and they said they would fix it for free as long as i bought the parts.i did and the parts were only $60.they fixed it in one day.never have a problem.they are always so nice when i go in to pay my payment.will be buying from them again.

Salesman (Ryan) gave excellent customer serrvice. I suggest if anyone wanted to buy a used car go to Reliable Auto Sales because this company will take care of you.
