About once or twice a year I find myself at puente hills mall, whether its for an after dinner stroll with family or just for nostalgia, I am always warmed in the heart to see that Champs is still around. How is this possible? I have no clue. Champs is basically the discount version of foot locker, hawking both footwear and t shirts and sportswear at low prices. If I am ever in need of a cheap t-shirt this is where I would go to. They often have interesting stuff that you wont find elsewhere. They specialize is selling sportswear that is outdated but not retro yet. (Like wearing a LeBron James Miami Heat t-shirt in 2016). If I ever come to the mall I must stop here, to relive my middle school days of coming to this spot and just to see what new (er....old ) inventory they have on hand.

The store manager there is lying. There is clearly a hole on the t-shirt, so it is a defect item. But she said: I see no hole... They refuse to Change or Exchange any item you bought from them. The only explanation is they said theyre "outlet store". The female manager there is not very nice. She can keep with the outlet story but she shouldnt lie. We have another witness there that see the hole, but still she refuse to return. Now she said the company call said she cant but in fact when I call their customer service, they try to help us to return it. I will call their complaint line now.

Bought some nikeys for my dad for fathers day and got the wrong size took them back to get a bigger size they told me they were final sale so now im stuck with a pair of shoes bad custumer service when i called the lady was realy rude after taking all my information shes like i cant help u called this other number and leave a message very mad

this is a champs outlet. as such, all sales are final. but, the prices can get pretty competitive. I just visited and saw a pair of kobe venomenon for $50. they also face really cheap shirts and jerseys. well worth the visit for a bargain hunter
