Do not stay here. Stayed here for two weeks and that was two weeks too long. My kids bikes were stolen while we were there. The bathrooms and showers are nasty. The laundromat is horrible, cobwebs everywhere. Shady people living there, we were talking to a neighbor and were told that her son, with severe anger problems lives in a trailer there, she comes and checks up on him once a week. If you have kids or value your stuff do not stay here. Worst rv park I have ever stayed in.

We pulled into this park late and were relieved to find a spot to park. It had been a long day of traveling and we didnt want to sleep in a rest area. This park is easy on and off the freeway and the price is pretty cheap. But it is in desperate need of some TLC. In the daylight this park was less than inviting and we didnt waste anytime leaving. I would not stay here again.

Poor quality....water stinked... putrid poisonous. got infections from it. Neighbors two faced, quick to judge and tell on each others. Smill children unattended, While parents sleep or do drugs. Laundry dirty.. Windows busted. Potholes. Trash all over bushes and stickers all over. Filthy restrooms. Men go into women restrooms.

Rough and rustic, but a cheap onite stop with gas station, general store and Mexican cafe on the premises. Friendly, helpful owner. She came out to help with our hook-ups. Downside: next to busy I-40, and no ammenities, but we didnt need any.

Only 30amp 120V service. Couldnt connect my Tesla Model S because the outlets were incompatible with my adapters. I have ALL the available adapters. Later I found an adapter for it.

Bathrooms & showers oh so nasty. The park itself has tumbleweeds & potholes all over. It is a mess. Cheap, no amenities. Would not stay again. I uploaded a picture.

Simple park with full hookups for only $22.22 right next to the interstate, great for an overnight stay.
