I purchased the wrong head lamps (#9004) for my 1999 Nissan Sentra at this store (#05143 Oshkosh) and was told that I could not exchange them because the package had been opened. It does not state anywhere on the receipt or in store that this is their return policy for electrical items. Do not shop here, you may lose your money.

The new website stinks!!! I cant even choose my make for selecting "My Vehicle" why Would Advance Auto Parts launch a new website update just before the holidays and not confirm if its correct? I love their website before. Now its terrible. Fix it!!

Fantastically helpful employees, orders have always been delivered quickly (sometimes same day) and are accurate. If they dont have something available they have even called competitors for me to help me get a car back on the road.

Good for getting parts but they just changed their hours to 8 pm. I ran there to get parts and was not so pleasantly surprised to find that the hours had changed. Headed to autozone now, they are still open until 9
