Not necessarily "high quality". Produce are only so so, not particularly fresh as you may expect them at a store like this. Their produce loudly tell you that its not Whole Foods!! Im a seafood lover, so have been most watchful of them. So far, they have duped me more often than not. Ive had rotten and stinky perch which caused the manager to end up giving me a gift card for an apology. ( But the surprising thing is that they never removed the same fish from the case after the incident! They continued to have the same lot of perch there!! I guess they didn really care.) I have also bought obviously unfresh, limp and soft shrimp and discolored tilapia. Old. Their "Pre-frozen" cod is not as bad as "Pre-frozen" could be, but I noticed the same fish from the same sale at the new Brookfield store was of much better quality, as if "fresh, never frozen". I figure they dont get as quality stuff to sell at the Milwaukee location as at the suburbs. I

On my last shopping experience at the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Milwaukee I had the pleasure of having Veronica ( the manager) help me and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I said hello as I was checking out and she said nothing in return which I think is rude. She also tried scanning the oyster crackers (3 packs) of them which are free when you purchase soup from the deli. I pointed this out to her and she told she was a manager and it wasnt my job to tell her how to do her job. Apparently it was my job because she was the one trying to scan the free oyster crackers. Then to top off my wonderful shopping experience Veronica was very annoyed when I needed a rain check and she did not have any at the register, she rolled her eyes and left to get some. Sorry lady but that is your job which from what I gather she does not enjoy. With service and rudeness like that my business will be going elsewhere.

Fresh Thyme is always a great place to shop. They are very friendly, helpful and upbeat. The best day to shop is Wednesday, the sales paper from the week before is still current and the new sales papers is also in effect. So you have double sales every Wednesday. They back up their food and returns are not a problem. You can get rain checks at the register if they run out of a sale item. If you can not find something just ask one of their staff and they will help you find it or direct you to the person who can help. I used to have to take a min. 3 hour bus ride to Oak Creek to get the best deals for my daughter but not most of the time. I have been shopping at Fresh Thyme since the very day they opened last year.

I loved my experience there. Some things are more expensive than Pick N Save or Cermak but the Fresh Thyme store brand stuff is really cheap and better priced than the others. The items on sale are really on sale with great prices and deals! The peanut butter machine is super awesome! There is a large assortment of bulk items. There were plenty of BOGO items also. Update Friday May 26th, 2017: I dont know whats happening but lately prices scan differently than what is on the display. Coupons dont always come off when scanning with the app. Employees hiding behind aisles on their cell phone. Also some serious hood buisness going on when calling, no professionalism is speech.

I have been to Fresh Thyme several times. Some of the items are at lower prices than other grocery stores. Today I purchased a small chicken salad and I had to return it because it has a weird taste. The cashier had to call a manager to return $3.20 to me. There isnt a cashier when you purchase food so you have to wait in line with other people who are buying groceries. But I have to say the worst thing is that Fresh Thyme advertises healthy food and choices, but THEY DO NOT RECYCLE PLASTIC, PAPER OR ANYTHING!!!!!! There staff is not knowledgeable about where items are in the store.

Lovely market. Not as expensive as a Whole Foods or Trader Joes while still able to provide competitive products. Its a clean, well kept establishment with friendly employees! Cant beat some of the produce and meat/fish deals on Wednesdays (their double deals day) and there is always some sort of sale or promotion going on. But my favorite thing is the convenience of parking! The underground (well-lit) structure has plenty of space and is very safe. Great location - they have a customer in me!

Best grocery store in the midwest. The only thing holding this place back is Wisconsin laws on raw dairy. I hope one day this state comes around and allows are dairy to be GREAT AGAIN! BTW for you health & fitness freaks :) The supplement section at this place rivals any local supplement shop. Plus you can get some delicious whole food GAINS from the grocery and pre prepped food section. To boot they even have a dang juice bar Last but not least the parking is superb!

Their sister company "Sprouts" is what I used for groceries in Colorado. Great prices and selection on produce. The other goods sold are all high quality so you dont have to search the label to figure that out for yourself. My only complaint is that the prices are significantly higher than what I was used to in Colorado. Im talking a product (non sale price) sold at Sprouts was $3 and at Fresh Thyme is $5-$6. Regardless, I prefer this market over others in the area.

This is a beautiful market. The employees were very nice. Parking was good. However, I didnt see what was special about it. The bread selection was disappointing. I couldnt find Natural Ovens. I personally dont need a fancy grocery store experience when I shop. Prices were competitive along with area grocery stores. I will stick with Woodmans. It isnt fancy, but the prices are good and has a great selection.

A nice, small-ish grocery store with a lot of delicious options, and things you might not find elsewhere (yellow watermelon?!). The prices are reasonable, but definitely higher than a big-box store like Pick n Save. Staff were also very friendly, and when we asked to sample something at the deli we got a nicely large portion to try. Overall a really good experience.

Very nice local- and organic-focused grocery on the border of the Lower East Side and downtown. They stock plenty of everyday items you would stock in your kitchen, including produce, meat, frozen goods, and beverages, all of which are moderately priced. Staff are very nice. Shelves are packed. Very spacious and not too busy beyond 7:00 PM.

I am very excited this was put in my neighborhood. I would say it is a great mix between a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods. The prices are good and the food is fresh. They even have one of those fancy escalators for grocery carts! (take notes shorewood MetroMart). Highly recommend, there is plenty of room in the underground parking for you!

Prices people! Put pricing information on your items that are on end caps and specialty items. Nobody likes a surprise when we get to the counter. I went there on the weekend and three items werent priced. Two were holiday(cookies and a toy) which is understandable but the sauerkraut isnt holiday...its a staple in the 4-1-4
