Well basically there are to many grievances to know where to start. When it says .99 for any size coffee they charged me 2.00 for a thermos it said nothing about the thermos being excluded. They dont ask for ur loyalty card and despite spending 100s$ on fuel u need a receipt to redeem the free coffee u should have got 3 COFFEES AGO! I have freedom alright! To drive right by! P.s dont ask questions u may interrupt one of thier pointless non work related conversations.
