Just 2 got vaccinations from this location today 12/10/2016. Honestly, this was the first time Ive ever used Walgreens Pharmacy. Both the service over the phone, and in person was nothing less than exceptional. Ill be leaving overseas in about a week and so with the holidays, Im unable to book a quick appointment with my doctor. I found the Walgreens prices for the vaccinations I was looking for on their website (super convenient), and was ready to pay cash in store. I called ahead to ensure this location had the vaccinations I needed, and they did. I was actually personally helped both over the phone and in person by the pharmacist Greg. I just wanted to personally acknowledge Greg because not only was he super knowledgeable, informative, and most of all patient with me, but seemingly even to the pharmacy staff he worked with (watching him interact with them for about 30 minutes while they got the shots ready).

I will NEVER shop at this Walgreens again. Tonight I ran in because my seven month old was having an allergic reaction to fresh cut grass. Not knowing what kind of Benadryl I could or couldnt give him, I ran to the pharmacist to get an answer. Being that it was for my baby I expected help immediately - Ive never experienced this before and didnt know if I should be taking him to urgent care or what. She took her sweet damn time on the phone even though I asked for her attention THREE TIMES. I almost walked out the door when the other pharmacist FINALLY came over to help me. Next time I have a question, Ill go to the Target pharmacy. They always help you immediately.

Will be driving to the 24/7 Walgreens in cottage grove from now on. Came here to get my son infant Tylenol. I recently had surgery and had to use the bathroom. I had went back to the restrooms to find a code box on the door. I asked the employee if there was a code and he told me that it was locked for a reason. He told me after 10 pm they lock it to customers. I didnt know this, I dont work there. I understand theres policies for a reason, but keep in mind youre a 24/7 pharmacy. People are coming from the hospital and may have to use the bathroom. This Walgreens isnt located in a "bad area."

The pharmacist is being rude as hell to me for no real reason. As I stand here she is being pretty rude to EVERYONE who comes in, regardless of how polite the customer is. Lame.
