I always find a bargain in this store. The staff is inviting and friendly. They have there dressing rooms to get on clothes and they have spacious aisles and a large variety of clothing to sift through. They have plenty of shopping carts. I love love love this store!

Have gotten a lot of good buys here but their prices are creeping up to New from Old Navyand others. New policy precludes ALL returns of ANY plug in stuff so buy carefully and insist in testing! But very Lovely people work there.

Overpriced to the point that it is cheaper to go to Wal-Mart for most things. There is no public restroom and the employees can be rude to people for no reason. Will avoid this store on my next trip thru West Virginia.

Over price items like used dollar store shirts that sold new for $3 are sold for $5, similar issues. plugs/missing power cords that should be in with item gone
