Worst experiance ever!! For mothers day I sent my mother flowers on thursday from this place. When I found out my mother was dissapointed in the flowers that were sent to her I immentiatly sent them an email. The flowers she got arrived short several flowers and wilted with brown bruising around all of them. She also got ugly purple mountain flowers which were incorrectly advertised as pink and white flowers. They also left the price tag on a shorter round vase completly different vase then in the photo. I live over 200 miles away and I paid alot for these flowers hoping they would suprise my mom with their bueaty. But instead I was very dissapointed. Well some lady called me back from the flower place and immediantly hung up on me, then I called back and she was very rude and did not want to refund me. She offered to replace the flowers but didnt garuntee the quailty of what I paid. I will never buy from them again and I suggest others shouldnt either.

Soo disappointed! the flowers arrangement was not complete. Management was rude not great costumer service when I called to notify the issue, flowers were missing, way very less flowers , when wife arrive home I was expecting a beautiful arrangement and the floral glass was broke . So embarrassing! Never again! Wish could post the picture to show you the difference.

My daughter ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered before Mothers day and we were home all day. The girl must have knocked once hung a notice on the door and left so my wife did not get her flowers. Happy Mothers day lol. We were not the only ones.
