I placed an order with these people. "THEY" sent the wrong item! I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they did nothing but reimburse my original order. If it had been my fault I would have taken the responsibility for return shipping but it was not. Be ware if you place an order on line with them. If they mess up they make "YOU" pay for it! It cost me over $9 for their mistake. I tried to work with them and would even have taken merchandise to make up for the money I spent, but they didnt care and thought they were giving me a deal just reimbursing my original order. Not good internet business if you ask me!

We have to drive an hour to visit the Lil brown smoke shack. Normally we enjoy the staff and many options available. However, today they listed as open but there was no mention that only the DRIVE THRU was open. We came in a large truck and stock trailer. So we couldnt make it thru. And the window had a sign that stated "NO WALK UPS" so we left empty handed. Very irritating. The Website SHOULD include information on when the shop isnt completely open and only servicing the drive thru.

Its the best all around tobacco shop in Washington State. Other than cigarettes that is, but hell everyone has those. They are a pipe smokers gold mine in a state that treats us like criminals. But typical of this control freak state they can not ship to their own state, its a felony. Worth the drive if you are close enough. And if you are not in Washington state they will ship pipe tobacco to you to you. Strangely and thankfully cigars are not a problem.

Great prices and the staff are very friendly! Most of the time they will give u a free lighter, calendars or even dog treats for my huskies!! Drive thru is always packed but the wait isnt that long. Friendly fast service! Inside the store is very nice and clean. Love this place!
