Called the store to see if they would price match and take an online coupon code. They said only if I could find an in-store printable coupon. I was able to find the same coupon for in-store. I arrive, I get HONY:Stories and its $25, which is no big deal because they will price match to their OWN ONLINE STORE PRICE of $15 and take my coupon right? Wrong, they said they dont wont sell it at the same price as their own store online. Are they trying to go out of business? Hard-copy Books are becoming a thing of the past and these brick and mortar buildings will go under. Everyone will switch to ebooks, meanwhile this place is picky about price matching there own freaking stores price? Is that even considered a price match?? Mad about the 20 minute trip I took and gas I wasted, I decided to call the store and see if the GM was available. I wanted to let him know I was told one thing on the phone and then differently in the store. I also wanted to see why they have this crazy thing where their own online prices dont match the in-store ones. I asked for the GM, (Allean?) said she was the GM. I asked of the whole store at all times, she said no I am the supervisor on duty. After trying to lie, I found out the GM is David and I was told that I can call randomly at various times tomorrow to see if he is in. Ordered it on amazon, came to $11.50 with free 2 day shipping. B&N can go screw themselves and happily go out of business.

I love Manga and anime, and whenever O go to this Barnes and Noble I always leave satisfied. The shelves are perfectly arranged and organized for browsing and reading in-store, and if you have their cars you always get 10% off each item you buy. The selection of graphic novels and regular books is equally fantastic, and their music and movies section is also great. This is my favorite location. I LOVE Woodinville, and this is an amazing location. Staff is awesome and the experience fulfilling.

With the exception of one creepy employee who constantly follows young female shoppers around, everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. A nice big store, though somewhat confusingly arranged, in addition to books and magazines, they sell vinyl, toys, collectibles and even art kits and school supplies. The cafe management does an amazing job of hiring and training bright, motivated employees who make an effort to get to know the customers, recognize the regulars, and smile sincerely.

The place is very clean and organized. This makes it easy to find what youre looking for. Childrens books and toys are found directly in the back of the store. Not a lot of books out of place here. It has a Starbucks inside. I dont believe it takes your Starbucks rewards. I love this place. Ill be going back for sure!

Overstaffed and employees do not leave you alone to browse the store. Its never been a quick in and out for me at this location, staff is always trying to show you things or constantly asking if you need help finding anything. If I need help I will find an associate. Its more annoying then helpful.

What do you expect from a bookstore? They dont have all the books in the world and they are expensive! But! If you just realized that in an hour you need to go to your friends birthday party and need to buy a thoughtful(and unnecessarily expensive) gift, this is your store!

Be careful - brick & mortar stores prices do not match online Barnes & Noble! Went in after seeing an item online (at their own website!) and the price was almost double in-store. They would not match their own website pricing. Confusing and disappointing.

This is one of the better B&N stores around. Very spacious and lots of selection with a good sized cafe and friendly staff. They generally have the book Im looking for and if not, they have another good one to replace it.

CHILD SAFETY ALERT for Woodinville Barnes & Noble: they stock Playboy magazines uncovered at child eye-level near the checkout stand. Talked to store manager who downplayed the whole thing. Unacceptable.

I have had no issues with the management or service staff here. They have always been helpful and accommodating. Aside from that, theyll often host author book signings and storytelling in the kids section!

Nice store. Staff is neither friendly nor rude. I liked the cafe as you get lots of privacy, however their wifi always sucks. Dont come here any more when I need to use my computer.
