My GF and I went in and purchased over $15 worth of coffee and pastry as the drive up was quite full hence the walk in. We waited and waited and waited all the while the staff of ladies hosted the drive thru until they were caught up and finished completely. THAN and ONLY than did they attempt to make our two drinks and another lady who came in directly behind us.. THAT is when we got our drinks... Most deplorable service I have ever encountered and than.. no a single "THANK YOU for your Patience" .. Nothing. They hand the coffee and say NOTHING! and to top it off when we pulled in the Lady Tacoma Police officer had her car backed into TWO spots so your couldnt park. Great PLACE~ NOT~!! COffee wasnt even HOT! Pumpkin scones were like cardboard and hay. DRY! We just put them in our lunch room microwave. JEEZ! I wouldnt go back here if you paid me or gave it to me free.

There is always space for me to do homework, so thats good. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, some not so much but maybe they just dont like me and treat me differently. They also have a great rewards system of buying 12 drinks and getting one free. Not sure how good that is, but Ill take it. Im not a coffee expert, therefore I will not review their coffee, but free refills on drip is important for a student like me, so thats a bonus. They always try to engage the community in one way or another. They take care of the place, as it is always nice and tidy. Parking is sometimes of a hassle though. Sometimes overcharge for the drinks. Had it happen on multiple occasions.

Horrible coffee. My fiance said it was the worst mocha he had ever purchased and the same can be said for my americano. The scone was also terribly dry, it must have been sitting in the case all day. Terrible customer service on Pearl St. and slightly better customer service on 6th St. I purchased their Groupon because Im looking for a new coffee shop to frequent in the area and it was a good way to try them out. I shouldnt have wasted the $11 as I will definitely not be back. Both locations had terrible coffee so they really need to reevaluate their training methods.

17$ for a Red Bull, coffee, and sandwich. ... Not impressed. Coffee tasted like coffee, service was about as impressive as a higjschool kids just learning how to work in McDonalds. These girls been around the blockand no how is your morning, no enthusiasm, just snarky looks and less than appealing attitudes. Ill start making my own coffee. Thanks

Absolutely love the morning girls here. This place is friendly, attentive and always looking to make your experience better! They also have awesome deals when you use their card. Their coffee is delicious and so are the breakfast sandwiches. I thought the scones were a little dry, but thats all Ive found that I havent liked!

Love this place... The people who work there are very nice, and I love their selection of morning treats. I would love to give five stars, but the last couple times Ive been in the coffee in their self-serve area has definitely not been hot. Buying a second cup of coffee elsewhere is getting frustrating!

this place has good coffee =) they really do have the best tasting coffee in the state! I would recommend this to anyone that likes good coffee; if you dont like good coffee I suggest you go to Forza.
