I love a no nonsense staff and these folks do a good job of taking care of the business you have and experience to guide you through to success. Twice i have had them sell me plug sets for a super beetle with far FAR too long of reach so double check your P/n and visually compare before install. This cost them a star but I dont bother with the competition anymore unless desperate for a same day pickup of something Napa doesnt happen to have
