NEVER ORDER AN ENGINE FROM THIS PLACE! Workers LAZY! 1. I got called to pick up my engine. Made arrangement for trailer and showed up at store to pick up. Was told I could not pick it up because only a manager could release the engine. (Sure nice of them to tell me that what the manager hours were so i do not waste my time to pick up). The next day it only took a couple seconds and a few button pushes to "release" the engine. 2. Paid for a version with valve cover pre-installed. Valve cover on re-built was broke. Had to use my valve cover. 3. Went to return the core and got there 10 minutes before closing. (again workers LAZY) First they told me they could not unload the engine. (Hello! Your store loaded it into the same trailer using the stores hoist!) Then they told me to come back tommorow due to no cash on hand (uh, hello, i used a credit card) and that bremerton is unsafe and they will not open the back door. They treated me like I worked for them. Its OK that they wasted my time. As I left they said the manager should have told me what hours was most convinient for them to return the core. Funny, they still have not told me what those convient hours actually are.

The girl who should be having issues with her car and doesnt know much about how to fix it herself Auto Zone is a wonderful place to go when you dont have to just go to a mechanic and son pulled off my rearview mirror went there for under twenty bucks got to get to reattach my mirror when I have problems with my battery to test it for free then put oil in my car for me so I dont have to get my hands dirty get their discount card save money for every purchase just a wonderful experience they send you coupons Hey What Can you say you have an AutoZone in your community

Great store, competitive prices and quality products. Its nice to be able to order a part and get it next day not in 3 days like some other stores. Shout out to manager Dave, hes one of the best parts guys in the area. If Dave cant find it for you, it probably doesnt exist.

some of the counter staff are very helpful, others act as if you are bothering them by being there. they do have helpful services, but not great selection. also too many car washes during the summer makes parking more of a challenge than needed.

Excellent crew, very helpful. Didnt have my part, was a dealer item only. Patrick called Nissan for me and got a part number and price even when he wouldnt get a penny...now thats customer service!

Took a marine battery to get changed and when I went to pick it up they had a brand new battery waiting for me!! because the original battery cracked during the changing! Great service!!

Went for spark plugs for my Volvo s60r. Emphasis on the R. Normal s60 use 18mm spark plugs. The R uses 26mm spark plugs. They gave me 18mm spark plugs.
