Very bad customer service. Went there to get an upper radiator hose and it blew a hole in it within 24 hours of being on. Took it back the next day and asked for a refund with receipt in hand and the same person who helped me said he didnt believe me or remember helping me and that there was no way it had been on for only a day. Mind you it was less that 24 hours. Refused to give me a refund or look at the truck to see the reason he didnt believe it had only been a day (rust in the hose) its an old truck with a rusty radiator

Apr 9 2016 Not happy at all. I go in there to get a oil filter remover tool, tell them what car i have an engine and they tell me i need a completely different tool and I tell them there wrong. and basically get told we cant help you. So i go online in the store find what i need and get it myself. What should have taken me a 15min job took me over an hour because they not only argued with me but refused to help me. Very poor customer service. I will not be goi g there again

Heather was VERY HELPFUL, went out of her way to help track down the fuse I needed, including the location of the fuse box(es) (yes my car has two.. one in the engine comp, one in the trunk) she even used her own tools to help with the fuse and my tail light. DEFINITELY doing all my auto business here.

The cashiers are not very knowledgeable. They didnt have the part I needed so I had to wait a day. I drove 15 miles to get the part. When I got back to my shop the part didnt fit. It was less expensive than most other parts stores, but now Im waiting another day.

To put it quite simply; the shelves are stocked, the floors are clean and the staff are patient with us NON car guys.Not sure what else you would need for an auto parts store. Id be hard pressed to go anywhere else.
